1 Can Spam chopped
1 Can Diced tomatoes
1 can tomato sauce
1 Tbsp tomato paste
1 Package frozen green beans
oregano to taste
a few garlic cloves chopped
Rice
Sauté onion and garlic
Add chopped spam and cook until the spam is slightly fried
Add all the cans and beans and oregano
Let simmer for a few minutes (15 minutes is best)
Serve over rice
